Must have been a high school head coach for a minimum of 5 years.
Must be a positive role model to students in all respects.
Must demonstrate consistent and outstanding sportsmanship and leadership.
Must have a positive and motivational attitude.
Must be committed and dedicated to the team's overall development.
Must coach at the highest standard throughout the season ensuring success.
Must demonstrate success and well-being of athletes is highest priority.
Clearly understands and imparts the rules to the team.
Demonstrates coaching philosophy that emphasizes sportsmanship, execution of strategy, and winning.
Team conduct on and off the field is of the highest standard.
Team style of play and performance are of the highest standard.
Clearly has the respect of the team.
Supports the team in all aspects including scholastics, fundraising, and community involvement.
Cooperative, considerate, and collaborative with other coaches.
Regularly attends meetings and supports other coaches' events as needed.
